Available Opportunities
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) to join our growing team. This is a permanent position based in our Littleton, CO office and offers a wide range of responsibilities. Reporting to and working closely with the US Administrative Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company
Skills and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
Coordinate travel arrangements for engineering staff
Project related data processing.
Coordinated the preparation and production of technical reports, including scanning, document management, formatting, editing, quality control, and report reproduction
Field track scheduling
Provide administrative support for office accounts.
Coordinate the maintenance, inventory, and replenishment of office equipment and supplies.
Coordinate with the Head Office (Vancouver) admin/accounts team to support daily operations.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Orientation of newly hired staff.
Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, combined with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent English (both written and oral) knowledge of Spanish is considered an asset
Previous experience in a similar role and industry is considered an asset.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
Legally authorized to work in the United States..
